The consultancy service covers in general the areas which make up the company’s management system in the main: New policy’s / procedure’s and reviews / audits, PQQ’S and 3rd party accreditations (e.g. SSIPS – CHAS, SMAS, Exor etc. and Construction Line), risk assessments, method statements, implementation of company management systems to HSG 65 or ISO 45001, fire risk assessments, mentoring of managerial staff, attendance at contractor meetings and HSE interviews, assistance with the interviewing of new health & safety personnel, attendance at health & safety committee meetings and management review meetings.
We do not have an off the shelf system and pride ourselves in the quality of our service to enable Companies to develop a bespoke system which is right for their undertakings.
